At Metalis Elements, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at metaliselements@gmail.com or via Whatsapp within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
